Restaurant
Shila restaurant
There are hundreds of bars and restaurants in Tel Aviv, yet finding a bar that serves dishes in a restaurant level is not an easy task, surprisingly. Shila restaurant is one of the places providing a solution for those who are stubborn enough to be looking for one. It is one of the best options for those who appreciate a cozy, informal bar atmosphere, yet not willing to give up their culinary treat. This restaurant-bar is owned by a young and promising chef, Sharon Cohen, who perfectly combines the advantages of a bar and a superb restaurant. The food is influenced by the Catalonian cuisine, and the fusion with some Mediterranean flavours is something that seafood and Tapas lovers should definitely explore while staying in some of the nearby hotels in Tel Aviv.
Shila restaurant is designed as a pub. It has a long and tempting bar in the middle and three pleasant seating areas for those who prefer sitting next to a table. The most pleasant space is the lovely outdoor balcony with its comfortable sofas, where you can enjoy a little breeze while tasting a local gourmet food.
The menu consists of small and fairly priced dishes of fish, seafood and many sorts of Tapas, all made in an open kitchen. All of the dishes are fresh and creative, some of which are truly one of a kind culinary experience for newly comers.
Service in Shila restaurant is efficient and friendly, and so is the crowd, which is a mix of Israelis and foreign visitors staying in any of the nearby hotels in Tel Aviv. If you are looking for a rich alcohol menu alongside restaurant level dishes, Shila is definitely a place for you to visit.
Shila restaurant is located at 182 Ben Yehuda St, a short walking distance from Adiv hotel, which is one of the most conveniently located hotels in Tel Aviv.
