Tel Aviv’s Live Music Clubs
Tel Aviv has several attractive live music venues and a very lively music scene. Whether it’s Rock, Jazz, electronic, or punk, there’s something for everyone. If you wish to catch a live act while visiting Tel Aviv, check out these leading music venues:
Barbie (52 Kibutz Galuiot St., Tel: 972-3-5188123) is one of Tel Aviv's favorite live music clubs, hosting leading Israeli artists every night. Be sure to call to check the venue's schedule and to make sure the event is not sold out!
The Heineken Habima Club (2 Tarsat Boulevard, Tel: -972-3-6207777) is a small music club, offering offbeat concerts in an intimate, sit-down atmosphere. Live performances vary from young artists just starting out to well-known musicians on the Israeli scene.
Goldstar Zappa Tel Aviv (24 Raoul Wallenberg St., 972-3-7674646) is another leading music venue. Located in Ramat Hahayal (a northern suburb of Tel Aviv), Goldstar Zappa has a great sound system and frequently hosts some of the best Israeli artists around.
Levontin 7 (7 Levontin St., Tel: 972-3-5605684) is a trendy music venue, with a wide selection of eclectic performances ranging from Rock and Electronica to Jazz. Levontin also hosts intimate parties, with a great selection of Israeli and international DJs.
Hangar 11 (Tel Aviv port, Tel: 972-3-6020882) is one of the largest live music venues in Tel Aviv and frequently hosts musical performers from abroad.
Shablul Jazz Club (Tel Aviv Port, Tel: 972-3-5461891) is the choice for all you Jazz lovers visiting Tel Aviv. Shablul hosts live Jazz shows by local musicians every night of the week.
Since Tel Aviv is not a big city, all of these live music venues are located within a few minutes’ drive from Tel Aviv hotels. Most Tel Aviv hotels are located near the beach, so if you're heading to the old port you can go by foot. Otherwise, public transportation may be your best bet. As at many other Tel Aviv hotels, the staff at Adiv Hotel will be happy to help you find a musical performance matching your taste and help you plan how to get there as conveniently as possible.
