Dizengoff Street - Designer shops
The reputation of Dizengoff Street as one of the city's busiest and trendiest streets is almost as old as the city itself. In addition to being a cultural center, Dizengoff Street is one of the main shopping centers of Tel Aviv, with some of the best designer shops in town. When looking for local fashion designers stores, this is your place to visit.
Located just few blocks to the east from the Tel Aviv beach, stores are located steps from each other along Dizengoff Street. You can find there wedding dresses, suites, shoes, casual dresses and much more, in a variety of styles and prices. To get a taste of some of the most reputable Israeli designers in town, check out Tovalé (220 Dizengoff St.), the pioneer of Israeli designs, Catomenta (173 Dizengoff St.), which is influenced by NY styles, or Gertrude (225 Dizengoff St.), which offers very chic and creative, though expensive, items. If you are looking for shoes, try Couple Of (203 Dizengoff St.) for some unique and beautiful items, and if you're a vintage fan, try Kalla (184, Dizengoff St.), which sells mainly imported unique items.
Some other stores worth a visit while you are in the area include Dorin Frankfurt (164 Dizengoff St), Ronen Chen (155 Dizengoff St.), Naama Bezalel (212 Dizengoff Street) and Yosef (213 Dizengoff St.). All these shops offer NY and London influenced articles with an Israeli touch. On the corner of Dizengoff Street and King George Street you'll find Dizengoff Center, the largest shopping mall in town, with over 300 stores offering almost anything, from designer shops to global chains, including Zara, Pull & Bear, Aldo and many others.
