Restaurant
Adora restaurant – Chef Bistro
Adora restaurant is an intimate and young-spirited restaurant. The central space of this two-floor bistro includes a decorated sitting bar, surrounded by modestly designed tables. Adora is owned by one of Israel's most promising chefs, Avi Biton, whose restaurant's concept can be described as chef bistro - each dish served here is basically a typical bistro dish, only with a fresh Mediterranean twist.
Adora restaurant offers unique dishes, such as goose liver, coconut and spinach rapped in Baklava (sweet flour), shrimps soaked in olive oil, sumac and Arabic hyssop and served with Balkan-style yogurt, and so on. These mixtures successfully capture the unique blend of east and west which is a noticeable part of the Israeli cuisine, and perhaps the Israeli culture as a whole.
When it comes to your money's value, it is difficult to find a better business menu throughout Tel Aviv than the one served in Adora restaurant. For only $13-$17 clients can choose from a wide variety of appetizers, such as green salad in peach vinegar, liver pate and calamari in Tahini salad, and main dishes such as mushroom risotto, Turkish kebab, beef fillet and many others. Its is not only one of the best business menus served in the city, but also one of the most pleasant hideouts Tel Aviv has to offer during the day. Saturday morning's offering includes a special branch which is highly recommended as well.
Adora restaurant is located at 6 Mendele St, very close to Adiv hotel.
